We use your information to identify a suitable OZEV-approved installer in your area and pass your details to them so they can contact you with a quote.

Grant eligibility assessment (Legal basis: Legitimate interests)

We use your property and vehicle information to assess which government grant schemes may apply to your situation.

Service improvement (Legal basis: Legitimate interests)

We may use anonymised, aggregated data to improve our matching service and website.

4. Who we share your data with

We share your personal data with:

Local OZEV-approved installers: We pass your name, phone number, postcode and installation details to one installer only who covers your area. We never share your details with multiple companies simultaneously.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your data with advertising networks, data brokers or any third party other than the installer matched to your enquiry.

5. How long we keep your data

We retain your enquiry data for a maximum of 12 months from the date of submission. After this period your personal data is deleted securely.

If your installation proceeds, the installer will retain data in accordance with their own privacy policy.
