Renters & Flat Owners

Up to £500

If you rent your home or own a flat with dedicated parking, you may qualify for up to £500 off your installation. Your installer claims this on your behalf as part of the standard process.

Covers 75% of installation cost

Residential Landlords

Up to £500 per socket

Landlords can claim for chargers installed at rental properties across multiple properties, subject to annual limits set by OZEV.

Available until March 2027

Businesses & Workplaces

Up to £20,000

The Workplace Charging Scheme offers £500 per socket for up to 40 sockets. Limited companies, sole traders, charities, public sector and accommodation businesses all qualify.
